Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless NetzMaxWach expressly agrees in writing. Selling or assigning an account is not permitted.

If you suspect account compromise, report it promptly through the support form on NetzMaxWach.pro/support. Acting quickly helps reduce risk to your data and training records.

NetzMaxWach may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or where required by law. We will notify you and provide steps to resolve issues when feasible.

Services provided

NetzMaxWach offers structured courses, resources, and tools designed to build cyber literacy and safer digital habits. Course content is educational and intended to improve awareness and practical skills.

Course content, features, and schedules may be updated from time to time. NetzMaxWach will publish key changes on NetzMaxWach.pro and in user communications when changes materially affect access or learning outcomes.

We strive to keep the platform available, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or other interruptions. NetzMaxWach will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

User conduct rules

Users may submit content such as forum posts, assignments, or feedback. You retain ownership of your original content subject to the license you grant to NetzMaxWach.

You represent that you have rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Do not upload content that contains proprietary or confidential material without permission.

By submitting content you grant NetzMaxWach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to provide the service, promote courses, and improve offerings.

You are responsible for ensuring user content complies with these terms and all applicable laws. NetzMaxWach may remove content that violates policies or legal obligations.

NetzMaxWach may remove or disable access to user content that is unlawful, harmful, or breaches these terms. You may request removal of your content; removal requests will be evaluated in line with legal and operational considerations.

Intellectual property

All course materials, activity, logos, and platform design are intellectual property of NetzMaxWach or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited except as permitted under a license or with written consent.

• Do not reproduce course videos, assessments, or premium materials for redistribution.
• Do not remove or alter NetzMaxWach branding, credits, or copyright notices.
• Do not create derivative works that compete with NetzMaxWach offerings without permission.

Paid services and subscriptions

Certain courses, certificates, and premium features on NetzMaxWach.pro are paid services. Fees, payment terms, and subscription rules are described at purchase.

Course prices and fees are displayed before purchase. Prices may vary by promotion or region. Payments are charged in the currency shown at checkout on NetzMaxWach.pro.

We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers; by paying you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the provider terms.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled. You may manage or cancel recurring subscriptions via your account settings on NetzMaxWach.pro.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy posted at purchase and on NetzMaxWach.pro. Requests will be evaluated based on access, usage, and timing of the request.

To cancel a subscription, use your account settings or contact support. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not retroactively remove charges already incurred for completed billing periods.

Applicable taxes, duties, or VAT are your responsibility and may be collected at checkout where required by law.

NetzMaxWach may adjust prices for new enrollments. Existing recurring subscriptions will be notified of changes and provided options where required.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features until payment is resolved. NetzMaxWach may pursue outstanding amounts through available collection channels in accordance with law.

Disclaimer

Course content is provided for educational purposes to improve cyber literacy and safe digital habits. While we aim to provide accurate, up-to-date information, results depend on user effort and context. NetzMaxWach does not provide professional legal, medical, or forensic services through course materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NetzMaxWach and its affiliates are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Upon termination, access to course materials and account features may be revoked. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.
